Your First Visit with Us

Your first appointment will be a complimentary consultation with Dr. April with a comprehensive initial exam. You will be asked to electronically fill out our New Patient paperwork and complete your Medical History Form prior to your arrival. If you would prefer to complete your paperwork on our iPad please plan to come to your appointment 10 minutes early.

This is followed by required radiographs, a CBCT scan, impression-less impressions and a thorough dental examination of the health of your gums, teeth, and mouth including an oral cancer screening.

Regardless if you have insurance or not we will give you a pre-treatment cost estimate before you leave. We also can send out a prior-authorization to any insurance company for pre-approval for a guarantee of payment on your behalf as well.

Last thing to do at your appointment is to get scheduled for treatment! You will even get a convenient text message with your appointment reminder.

We are proud to offer IV Moderate Sedation for all dental procedures. Only a few offices in Dane County offer this service and the outcome has been amazing for those individuals who are nervous and need options.
